JUSTIN BIEBER CHARGED WITH ASSAULT IN CANADA...(READ MORE)...

Justin Bieber was arrested on assault and dangerous driving charges stemming from an alleged fight after his ATV collided with a mini-van in Canada Friday, a police spokesman confirmed.
The alleged incident happened on a road in Perth County, Ontario, the community where Bieber, 20, lived as a child.
"Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation," Ontario Provincial Police spokesman Kees Wijnands said.
Bieber's lawyer said the singer was being chased by people with cameras when the incident happened.
Bieber was enjoying a "peaceful retreat" at his father's home when it was interrupted by paparazzi, the lawyer said.
Bieber, who is already facing an assault charge in Toronto, was released on "a promise to appear" and ordered to answer the charges at a hearing in Stratford, Ontario, on September 29, Constable Wijnands said.
The alleged victims of Bieber's assault wasted no time in lawyering up against the singer. They hired Los Angeles lawyer Gloria Allred, who also represents a woman who complained to police that Bieber assaulted her at a Hollywood tourist spot when she tried to take a photo of him with her cell phone.
"This is a serious matter that could have an impact on Mr. Bieber's probation status in California," Allred."I have also made contact on my clients' behalf with the Hollywood Branch of the Los Angeles police department  to make them aware of these new charges."
The young singer is on probation in Los Angeles for a vandalism conviction that resulted from his admission that he egged a neighbor's home last January. It would be up to a California judge to decide if the Canadian arrest warrants a probation revocation hearing, according to the spokeswoman for the Los Angeles prosecutor.

DOLCE AND GABBANA CEO SENTENCED TO JAIL.

Italian fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana lost the appeal of their jail sentence for tax convictions in Italy, their lawyer said Wednesday.

The men were sentenced to 18 months in prison by a lower court after being found guilty of failing to pay 40 million euros in taxes owed to the Italian government last year.  They must also pay a 500,000 euro fine.

The case will now be appealed to Italy's Supreme Court of Cassation, attorney.

BREAKING NEWS: PEACHES GELDOF DIED OF HEROIN OVERDOSE.

Writer, model and TV presenter Peaches Geldof died of a heroin
overdose, it has been reported.
The results of a toxicology report at her inquest will reveal the
drugs overdose as the cause of death.
This afternoon's hearing will be opened and adjourned by North
West Kent Coroner Roger Hatch at Gravesend Old Town Hall from
2pm. It is expected to last around 10 minutes.

The 25-year-old's body was found at the home she shared with
her husband - musician Tom Cohen and their two young sons - in
Kent on April 7.
Police found no evidence of drugs paraphernalia at the time,
leading to speculation it may have been removed.
A post-mortem examination held two days after she died proved
inconclusive.
Hours before she died, Peaches posted a picture of her as a
youngster with her mother.
Paula Yates died from an accidental heroin overdose in 2000 at
the age of 41.
Peaches' funeral was held in the village of Davington - at the same
church as her mother's - and was attended by celebrities including
Kate Moss, Jaime Winstone and Jools Holland.
The mother of two's coffin included a picture of her young family.
Police have previously said the death of Sir Bob Geldof's daughter
is being treated as non-suspicious, unexplained and sudden.

So I moved in and met a friend of mine called Prosper

he was also living in a separate room with the lady. As
time went on, this guy started disturbing me for sex. He

car to take me around so as to aid my production but I

On Monday, Jay Z and Beyonce announced a joint summer trek that will take them to 16 cities throughout North America, starting in June.
The married couple first stirred anticipation that they'd tour together in early April, but the buzz was initially dampened by Jay Z revealing that his 2014 "Made in America" music festival will play in both Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
It seems the pair just wanted an element of surprise. Their announcement of the "On the Run" tour arrived complete with an image of the two wearing ski masks.
Even before they quietly tied the knot in 2008, Mr. and Mrs. Carter have dominated the music industry both as solo artists and as a couple. One of their recent collaborations, "Drunk In Love," was controversial but nonetheless landed at No. 1.
And with their "On the Run" tour, the duo are hoping to use their combined star power for good.
A dollar from each "On the Run" ticket sold will go toward the Shawn Carter Foundation, an organization that helps underserved groups go to college. The tour is also being presented in partnership with Beyonce's #BeyGOOD campaign, which seeks to inspire charitable work, kindness and community involvement.Tickets go on sale for the general public May 2, while anxious fans can visit Beyonce's or Jay Z's Facebook page for information on advance purchases. The tour will launch in Miami on June 25 and wind down in San Francisco on August 5.

GLOBACOM: PSQUARE WILL LOSE THEIR CONTRACT WITH US IF THEY SPLIT.

As the drama continues between the P-Square brothers, it’s
beginning to threaten their business deals too.
Apparently, a P-Square split would mean the end of their
endorsement deal with Globacom, according to a source.
Stories have emerged about the impending split of the
eccentric duo, reportedly over finances and a case instigated
by Peter Okoye’s wife, Lola Omotayo.
P-Square have been with Globacom since 2010, and that a split up would result to the termination of the contract.

LUPITA NYONGO'O NAMED MOST BEAUTIFUL FEMALE.

The "12 Years a Slave" actress has won an Oscar for best supporting actress, signed a deal with cosmetics giant Lancôme to become its first black ambassador, and now People magazine has bestowed one of its highest honors on her - "Most Beautiful person for 2014."
The Mexican-born Kenyan beauty joins a cast of Hollywood A-listers who have headed the list, including Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford, Tom Cruise and Beyonce. This year she topped others on the list including "The Americans" star Keri Russell, singer Pink and Johnny Depp's future wife, actress Amber Heard.
During the 2014 awards season Nyong'o was often hailed for being one of the most fashionable on the red carpet. She made headlines in February for a moving speech she gave while accepting the best breakthrough performance award at the 7th annual Black Women in Hollywood luncheon.
"I remember a time when I too felt unbeautiful," she said. "I put on the TV and only saw pale skin. I got teased and taunted about my night-shaded skin."
The actress told "Today's" Savannah Guthrie that she was moved by People naming her the most beautiful.
"I'm flattered, but flattered sounds like such a flighty word, you know? I'm flattered with, like, gravitas under it," she said.
This year's most beautiful cover issue is the 25th annual for People magazine. The first honor went to actress Michelle Pfeiffer in 1990, and last year's most beautiful person was Gwyneth Paltrow.

CHRIS BROWN WASHINGTON TRIAL DELAYED...(READ)...

Chris Brown's assault trial in Washington has been delayed until the appeal of his bodyguard's conviction is completed.
The singer now faces another grueling cross-country trip on "Con Air," the federal prisoner transport system, that could last a week or more from Washington to Los Angeles.
The U.S. Marshals Service promised a Los Angeles judge it would return Brown, 24, to California, where he had been jailed earlier awaiting a probation revocation hearing.
Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, will ask the California judge to allow his client to be released to travel on his own back to the Los Angeles jail, where he was locked up after getting booted from a court-ordered rehab program last month. Another attorney representing Brown will be in court Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles to argue that point, Geragos said.
Otherwise, the singer will make the trip in chains in the custody of U.S. marshals. The federal inmate transport system is a combination of airplane hops between cities and bus trips with prisoners chained and guarded.
"I think it's a little over the top to have him in custody on this misdemeanor when everybody saw the bodyguard's trial and which was nothing more than a bloody nose," Geragos said. "And you have got the body guard who was convicted and who readily admitted he was the one who did the punching. So all of this is much ado about nothing."
The delay in Brown's Washington trial came after prosecutors refused to grant immunity to bodyguard Christopher Hollosy so he could testify without jeopardizing his own case. On Monday, Hollosy was found guilty of assaulting a man on a Washington sidewalk before Brown's trial was to begin in the case.
The prosecutors cited Hollosy's refusal to talk to them about his testimony as a major reason for the decision not to grant immunity.  Their motion also said they suspected he might lie in his testimony to help Brown.
"The cynic in me would say apparently it is not a search for the truth because if they wanted the truth they would give Hollosy immunity and allow him to testify," Geragos said Wednesday outside court.

CUBA GOODING TO LOSE 20 YEARS MARRIAGE TO DIVORCE.

Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr’s wife of
20 years has filed for separation citing
irreconcilable differences.
TMZ reports that Sara Kapfer, Cuba’s high
school sweetheart, filed yesterday April 22nd in
L.A. County Superior Court. The two married in
1994 and have three children together.
Sara wants joint legal and physical custody of
their kids and isn’t asking for child support
currently.

WHO IS THE FIRST RAPPER TO PERFORM IN THE AMERICAN WHITE HOUSE?

Big Sean has become the first rap artist to rap at the White House. The
rapper got his chance when he decided to collaborate with pop pixie
Ariana Grande in Right There Rmx”.
Both performed at the 2014 Easter Egg Roll on Monday.
The rap star, who just separated from his Glee fiancée Naya Rivera,
looked and sounded so excited when the paparazzi caught up with him

Vogue editor Anna Wintour may be regretting her
decision to finally put Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
on the cover of the fashion bible: Her company is now
being sued over the April photo shoot.
A forgotten boy-band crooner from the 1970s who sued
West last year, claiming the rapper swiped one of his
songs for a track on his album “Yeezus,” is now going
after Vogue for using the tune in a behind-the-scenes
video.
The “exclusive video,” posted on Vogue’s website , “takes
you on set with the happy family,” with images of a
canoodling Kimye posing with baby North for celebrity
photographer Annie Leibowtiz.
Rickey Spicer — who sang lead vocals as a 12-year-old
Michael Jackson wannabe for the one-hit-wonder group
“The Ponderosa Twins Plus One” — was shocked when he
heard his voice in the West title “Bound 2.”
His Manhattan civil suit against Vogue publisher Condé
Nast says “Mr. Spicer’s voice is used substantially
throughout the video, comprising approximately 44
percent of the lyrics.”
The Ohio man says the magazine “knowingly used the
voice audio recording of Mr. Spicer without his
authorization or consent.”
He wants unspecified compensation.
West, a 21-time Grammy Award winner, aggressively
lobbied Wintour to put his curvaceous baby mama on
Vogue’s cover. He even insisted that the reality TV star
was “more relevant to fashion” than First Lady Michelle
Obama.
Wintour finally relented , saying in an editor’s note that
Kardashian “has created a place for herself in the glare of
the world’s spotlight … through the strength of her
character.”
