A Borno State High Court Judge, Alkali Gana Wakil, said the
convict who was brought to his court on four-count charges,
had killed two daughters of her husband’s younger brother by
forcing them to ingest poisoned.
She had also on the same day, cut off the private parts of one
of the girls’ four-year-old son after who had also ingested the
poisoned substance and also freely used a machete to cut the
mother of the children until she fainted.
Aisha who was brought before Justice Wakil about four
months ago, had not uttered a single word during the entire
trial period, but kept on sobbing all the while.
Justice Gana who delivered his ruling while the convict still
wept profusely said “other than crying, she does not impress
me as someone who is remorseful.”
