drink a morning cup of coffee with caffeine in it to help get your

You can even drink a cup of strong green tea with natural
caffeine in it if you don't like the taste of coffee as well.

safely at home without causing your body any harm is by simply
boiling a cup of water and squeezing some lemon juice into your
cup of boiling water with two or three tablespoons of honey.
Then once you have your boiling water, squeezed lemon, and
honey in your coffee mug mixed together and it has cooled a bit
you can sip on it until it is all gone. The warm water, lemon, and
honey will help get your bowels stimulated within a couple
minutes after you drink it so make sure you are near a bathroom
because believe me you will have to go after drinking a cup of

Now some way of preventing constipation would be to eat a
couple cups of fruit a day such as apples, pears, mango's,
pineapples, prunes, raisins, and other fruits of that nature. Eating
these types of fruits will help give you extra fiber for you body,
which will also help create softer stools so you can go to the
bathroom a lot easier when you need to go. However, if your not
big into eating fruit you can always eat some healthy fiber filled
veggies such as broccoli, roman lettuce, asparagus, string

you could drink cherry, blueberry, strawberry, and anything berry
juice and that will help prevent constipation as well, but I think
you can get the best relief from constipation if you eat the whole
berries themselves. Eating the berries really helps give your
body the proper amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and
fiber it needs to help keep your stools moving easily when you
need to go to the bathroom.
Other alternative ways of preventing and relieving constipation
is by simply stop eating all dairy products such as cheeses,
milks, and ice creams. However, do not stop eating yogurt
because it will provide your body and intestinal tract with a
health amount of bacteria it needs to help keep your digestive
tract normal and keep those bowel movements moving easily.
Yogurt is an awesome thing to eat if your constipated and is
even great to eat when preventing constipation when you eat
yogurt every day with live active healthy bacteria in it.
One last thing you can do to prevent constipation is by drinking a
maple syrup tea before bed. Now in order to make the maple
syrup tea you need to boil one cup or water and your need to
have two large table spoons of real pure maple syrup. Then once
your water is boiled you will take the two tablespoons of real
pure maple syrup and pour it into your cup of boiled water and
mix it into it. Then once your maple syrup tea is made and has
cooled down a bit all you need to do is sip on just before you go
to bed and when you wake up the next morning you will be able
to go to the bathroom very easily without feeling constipated.
So, remember the next time your feeling constipated to go to your
kitchen and see what kind of natural laxatives you have on hand
that will not harm your body or make you even more
constipated. Stop going to the drug store and purchasing over
the counter laxatives that don't work and are harmful to your
