After six months strike embarked on by academic union of universities(ASUU),which thwarted the plans of many students,the main purpose of the strike which is the N220bn for universities rehabilitation has not yet been settled by federal government...
Yesterday,ASUU threatened another strike soon if Mou agreement with federal government is not honoured....
Who is to blame,FG or ASUU???
